AMTRAK IN WISCONSIN IN JULY

August 26, 2020 – During the second week of July I had a chance to visit Wisconsin. With my camcorder along I video captured the Empire Builder twice and the Hiawatha once. From outward appearances these trains appear fine. But inside, I’m sure it was much emptier than normal. Enjoy.
