07/04/13 The Wisconsin Talgo trainsets, completed in March, 2012, remain in storage at the Talgo plant on Milwaukee’s north side. The two trainsets that Talgo built for Oregon at the Milwaukee plant have been delivered and will be in service in Oregon and Washington shortly. In March, 2012, the Walker administration stopped paying on the Talgo contract, refusing to honor it. In November, 2012, Talgo was forced to file a breach of contract lawsuit against the state, That lawsuit is still in litigation.
